Shipping policy
1. DELIVERY
1.1 Orders placed via our website can only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland). For international delivery enquiries, please contact info@mallowandmarsh.com.
1.2. Orders, of which all ordered products are in stock, will be dispatched within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. SHIPPING
2.1. Orders are normally shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and DHL delivery, and can take between 2-5 working days to arrive from the date they are placed.
2.2 Mallow & Marsh Limited is not responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relate to the delivery of online orders. Please contact Customer Services on info@mallowandmarsh.com for more information about our delivery policies.
2.3. Delivery is free for all online orders with a minimum £29.99 spend unless stated in writing. Large orders (over £150) will have a £9.95 shipping cost.
2.4 Wholesale orders have a minimum order value of £75. Delivery is free for wholesale orders over £200.00, unless stated in writing.
2.5. When Products are delivered outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that Mallow and Marsh Limited have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
